Refund Policy

Safe Medical Training Solutions Inc. is dedicated to offering our clients the most convenient and flexible training options. We strive to provide a wide range of class dates, allowing clients to schedule their classes several months in advance. By reserving a seat in a specific class, we REQUIRE a deposit of at least 50% of the course cost. Upon completion of the course the remaining amount will be due. We ensure that it is exclusively available to that client and not accessible to others. However, canceling or rescheduling at short notice prevents other clients from utilizing that class time, as the seat is already taken out of our system.

Reschedule Policy

  • All registration fees collected will be deemed fully earned by the company for securing the student's seat in the class.

  • Rescheduling requests can only be considered in cases of extreme emergencies, provided that there is appropriate documentation of the emergency situation.

  • The registration fee for the class will be considered forfeited in such cases, and students will be required to pay a new registration fee in order to reschedule the class.

  • Refunds maybe discussed between client and the training facility director
